Ordered “The Controller” patch with some other stickers. Originally was sent “The Controller” sticker and not the patch. An innocent mistake, so I just sent an email to support and they sent me the patch, free of charge. Quick responses, great quality craftsmanship and artwork. Love the patch, and the stickers. Fantastic company!
